I will leave this one for charitynjw to answer, but logic would stare that you email the court to confirm that you have not entered into any agreement and email CEL to ask them to provide you with the signed agreement and instalment plan.

So they wrote to the Court, without telling you, and told the Court that you had entered into an agreement?
That clearly is an attempt to mislead the Court, or in the alternative , it is an attempt to avoid paying the Court fee which makes the case an abuse of the process.
I think you need to draw this to the Courts attention as no agreement had been entered into, and they will not be able to provide any proof of this eitherI work for Roach Pittis Solicitors. I give my free time available to helping other on the forum and would be happy to try and assist informally where needed. Yes thats exactly what they have done......,, the said it was agreed with us in January 2018.... but nothing has been agreed ...
CEL said in their case against me that the car park was on stoke road but in fact there is no car park on that road at all.. there is a car park on a side street off that road .... so why would i agree anything.. so I will email the Court now saying exactly what you have said.... think they are buying time. ... It would be interesting if any other CEL victims have had the same thing done to them....... we only knew of this as the court had sent a letter ..Please be aware Regards Pipsy

I've recieved a letter today from you reference XXXX with an attached email in a letter form to us from CEL dated XXXX...... saying that I have entered into an agreement with them to pay them by instalments and that it was agreed on the XXXX ...I Have NOT agreed anything with them ...i haven't had any emails ..letters neither have I signed anything or verbally agreed anything.... I believe, sorry know ...that they cannot provide any proof of any of the above as non if this true and its another attempt to mislead the court and bide time... as i believe that they had no intention of paying the court fees ...... what would have been in my witness statement is that the car park they said I was on was XXXXXX. ...there is no car park on XXXXXX. .. so why would I agree to settle and then to pay instalments to them when the car park they say I was on doesn't exist and it would have probably been thrown out of court.... I believe they have no respect for court and it makes this case an abuse of the court proccess .... please advise as to what happens next ....many thanks XXXXX
This is my mail to the Court
