ooo doesn't sound as clear cut does it. Ask [MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION] when he pops on. You made the appeal not the operator so I'd assume they can't withdraw YOUR appeal - so it must mean they have withdrawn the fine following the appeal - Maybe do a pic of the letter and post it up ( delete personal bits) so we can see the wording in context.
