Hi

Would appreciate your help in fighting a parking charge on 18/12/2015 at Asda Marina Brighton. Overstayed by one hour 13 minutes 20 seconds. I did not realise that the free parking was up to 3 hours only and being a blue badge holder I thought there was no time restrictions. Parked in a disabled bay with badge on display received the notice today 2/1/2016. Is there any way I can contest the charge please? Parked at 19:20:10 and left at 23:33:30.

Hi, Date of penalty is 18/12/2015 received it 2/1/2016

As well as appealing you should speak to the MANAGER of the store.


Dear Sirs,




I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine customer.




It is noted that your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2102 schedule 4 para 9.
