Re: PCN by Parking Collection Services

I would like to respond to the operators evidence as follows :-

The contract has no start date.

The contract states the land as unit 4 Grand Union Way Southall and there is no map or boundary defined within. The picture evidence supplied shows units marked 2 & 8 but no number 4 although even if it did what are the boundaries on unit 4 ?

The signs shown are on unit 2 which is never unit 4 even with no boundary shown. No contract can be formed with signs not covering Unit 4.

The operator has shown no authority in terms of area nor a valid dated contract. The appeal should be allowed.

            Hello everyone,

            Sorry for the late reply.

So I have noticed I missed the decision which was made on the 11/03/2016 but went to check today. The appeal was successful and I would like to thank everyone who helped! So thank you!

I can post any additional information written on the appeal if it would help? Although, I think it would be better to do it privately - so if anything is found to help future appeals it can be kept a within the community so they don't think its an exploit everyone is trying to use?

            Have a great day!

            Kind regards,
