had parking charge for 100-50 in 15 days need to know how to challenge this I have seen template letters on this site can someone help send me a template to send to these people

please note I sent them an appeal email straight away ,there reply time is 10 days then I sent them another one no reply to either as yet

After appealing you need to await the result and if rejected a popla code.

there is nothing to post up on the appeal as it is just a challenge email all I got was confirmation of sending the email I just stated that it was unfair and never seen any signs .

I just want to know if you dropped any clues to the identity of the driver. Makes a big difference. Goes from slam dunk to probable win.

think I said I was in there doing my emails as I was away with my kids no wifi so took advantage of there free wifi !!!!

1. Met won't have access to the free wifi logs !

2. Even if they did some registered keepers are sometimes passengers in their own cars !

I mean in your appeal that you sent. Using "I" instead of the driver etc.
