Morning M1, I've received a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track. I have to complete the small claims direct questionnaire form N180 and file with court office by 08.06.15.....what do I do now?

I would like the court to utilise it's case management powers on it's own initiative and stay the case pending the Supreme court decision in ParkingEye V Beavis, upon which the claimant relies heavily. This has happened in Aberystwyth Court, case no 3JD08308 ParkingEye v Davies, Kingston upon Thames, ParkingEye v Mr B A7FC835N Stafford court, Judge Jack, has also seen fit to do likewise in case A9FC264P.

I've just read the questionnaire. Should I ....

• answer yes to A1 where I'm asked if I agree to case being referred to small claims mediation?
• presumably I don't have a choice re venue for hearing?
• no to use of an expert?

Yes to mediation, no to expert and name your closest court (or the one you want)

70 pages? blimey.

Beavis has now lodged his appeal at the Supreme Court - I don't know if that can be used to put a hold on cases ? [MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION]
