also the four options its comes up at first says.

1 I was not improperly park
2 The parking charge (Ticket) exceeded the amount appropriate
3 the vehicle was stolen
4 I am not liable for the parking charge?

is it the first option I should choose

I have now sent in the appeal, I presume they will get back to me and let me know the outcome in due course, as soon as they do I will let you know.

You should get the MET reply before it's decided in case you need to rebut any of it.

They should send you their popla evidence pack for information as they are required to do.

You scan through it and see if there is anything worthwhile or needs you to add anything to your appeal. There might or might not be.

Thanks to the help of you guys and mainly M1 I have now won the POPLA appeal.

the ticket was from November and only been processed through now, long winded but worth the wait

it says the operator has not produced a copy of the notice, no evidence of breach of conditions or evidence of what the conditions were
