Hi all. Thanks to 'MYSTERY1' I have now received this e mail reply regarding my parking charge notice!

Dear Madam,
With reference to the Charge Notice issued to the above vehicle, after reviewing our data and in view of the representations made in connection with its issue, we have decided to cancel this Notice and no further action is to be taken.
We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.

Im so glad I found this forum and received help as I would have possibly just ranted and sent all sort of letters with proof etc and wasted a whole load of my time.
