No I didn't get proof of posting. The parking issue happened on 2nd Nov, I received the letter on the 11th although I think it was dated earlier, I can check when I'm at home tonight. When does the 28 days start? I can email my appeal later too as I have everything saved on my home computer.

Hi Irish,Challenge Parking Fines is a lawyer who is collecting 100,000 signatures to give to our goverment just register that's all but it will ask if you have paid an invoice and you may get it back in the future.it is on google and is also on money supermarket,it's been on good morning britain and the radio,hope this helps,I have not paid mine nor am I going to.

Great news mate but at the end of the day you did nothing wrong,it's not a fine it's just a charge.
these cowboy companies just bully vulnerable people to pay.
