    Re: Parkingeye Ltd v SMRJ

My case is now being transferred to the small claims track. Should I read anything into this or is this just procedure ?

Procedure. I'd write back with the letter from http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co...urt-cases.html added to it.

        UPDATE

After receiving the defence from ParkingEye Ltd (All 77 pages !!) and being determind, I submitted my defence (1 page!) to the court by the deadline of 13th February 2015. A court date of March 13th was set and I was all prepared to attend with everything in order. I am now not going to court as today I have received a letter from ParkingEye Ltd declaring that all court action will be ceased and that ParkingEye Ltd now consider this matter closed!!

        HOORRRRAAAAYYYYY!!!

Thank you for all the advice you have given me and if I could give any advice to anyone it would be to not give up and fight for your rights!! Goliath has fallen again!!
