      Not a stupid question, either should do but the solicitors are probably the best as they (should) know what they are doing.

        Thanks for your help. Unfortunately they gave me a CCJ but I'll pay it within 30 days so it wont cause an issue or show on my credit file. I'll just take this one on the chin this time round. It's no problem.
