  • Parkingeye CCJ

    People told me to ignore letters from Parkingeye so I did but now I have a CCJ against me. The only thing I can do is pay so please do not ignore letters from parkingeye as I now have to pay £200.

    You should NEVER ignore any papers from the Court.

    I think those people who say to ignore letters really need to add UNLESS THEY ARE FROM THE COURT... if they are going to insist on still telling people to ignore things.

    ( btw you COULD apply to set aside the judgement as it was in default - although ignoring the court papers doesn't give you a great starting point for that - if you are paying then make sure you do it within 28 days so you don't have a CCJ registered against you for 6 years - and keep evidence of the payment just in case the claimant doesn't inform the court register )
