Just as much as you can. Don't worry if you said it already as it helps me be clear and not think of any other people when trying to write your defence

        Re: parking eye county claim

my wife took my disabled mother on two separate occasions (one week apart) to the local medical clinic. the bay she parked in was a disable bay, and the area around her was a drop off area with maximum free stay car parking for 10 minutes. they have a system in the clinic that you have to put the car reg in the keypad in reception to be entitled to extra time in the disabled bay which it says on the signs ( which is written in the third smallest font on the sign), my wife did not know or see this as she was assisting my disabled mother who also has been diagnosed with Alzheimer .the drop of zone is in front of the clinic with some bays set aside on the side for disabled badge holders. My mother received her appointment via telephone, where they told her to come straight upstairs where they have another small reception that deals with the appointments specific to her medical condition and not to bother going to reception which is on the ground floor ( which is the only place they have a keypad to enter your car registration). i now have letters for the appointments for the days of the fines, which i requested for proof purposes. Also the keypad is situated at the far corner of reception from the entrance with a small sign above it. my wife received two parking charge notices, one each for each appointment, for £100 discounted to £60 if she paid early.
i told her to ignore these notices as they cannot enforce these parking fines (which i had read on various forums and watched on tv) which she did . then we received a county court claim asking for the payment of the two fines of £200, court fee of £15, solicitors costs of £50, in total £265.
i spoke to one of the staff at the clinic when requesting the proof of appointments who said that if you provide proof of appointment they would cancel the tickets. but i cannot verify how true this is as i have read alot on parking eye and other ppc and they seem to be thieves.
i emailed parking eye on the 9th may asking for an extension under cpr 15.5. by the 12th may they still did not contact me so i emailed and then phoned them where they said the would repond by the 13th may. on the 13th may i again emailed them stating

        "
this is the third email im sending asking for an extension to the period for filing my defence pursuant to CPR15.5 so that the imminent decision in the Cambridge can be digested by both sides and the areas of dispute narrowed for easier digestion of the court which accords with the duties of both parties pursuant to cpr 1.3. "
on the 14th they refused saying:

"ParkingEye can confirm that we do not agree for an extension in the time in which a defence can be filed in relation to this case. We can confirm that an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, and believe this provides ample time for a defence to be filed."

today is the last day i believe that i have got to give defence, so any help would be appreciated.
will now post the pics and other letters that i have.
        thanks.

                Re: parking eye county claim

                Ok.

You need to add a heading

IN THE [TOWN] COUNTY COURT CASE No.
                BETWEEN
                [IVOR PROBLEM] Claimant
                AND
                [JUSTIN TIME] Defendant
                DEFENCE

Then check and edit any info from

                helpmepls1.rtf

                Then add at the end

                Statement of Truth
I believe that the facts stated in this Defence are true.

Dated this 2nd day of June 20....
                To the court and
                to the Claimant

                ..........................
                JUSTIN TIME
                Defendant
                of [Address],
at which address he/she will accept service of proceedings.

Once you have it all as one document with the correct details email it to ccbcdefendants@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk in the subject header of the email put Defence parking eye ltd v me case no xxxxx

Then log on to the mcol site and go through the stage to enter the defence but instead of the defence put emailed to
ccbcdefendants@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk on 16/05/14. (for safety reasons really)

DO I ALSO INCLUDE OTHER EVIDENCE e.g APPOINTMENT LETTER PROOF, WITH THE ABOVE DEFENCE OR DO I JUST CHECK AND EDIT THE HELPMEPLEASE1.RTF AND SEND THAT ONLY??

                    Re: parking eye county claim

No evidence at this stage. Only the defence.

Evidence will be later after the case is allocated to your local court.

It was weeks ago. The judgement is due any day now when the judge finishes his round of golf.

There will be plenty of news for sure. The most likely source will be http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/

Can't promise i'll remember each thread. If on twitter follow @ParkingPranks and the prankster will certainly tweet when the time comes.
