Hi All,
I've recently received a claim form issued on 13/10/23.
For context at my old job they we shared a car park with a private firm, I was supposed to display a badge that my employers gave me to permit parking but unfortunately I lost it and as a result I was issued 3 tickets over a few months.
These tickets when arrived had no evidence, for example like council parking fines they show the vehicle, but all I received was a letter demanding £100.
Ive read through the forum but I'm struggling with the amount of info and how to form a defence for my particular case, at the moment I haven't acknowledged anything and I've never spoken to the company about these tickets.
Can someone offer assistance?
How do they know i was the driver?
Can they enforce this without photo evidence?
They mention moulton car park but have given no address?
£700 for 3 tickets. Is that not ridiculous?
