        Sorry, been on holiday.

You may find that the contract is with the managing agents. If so they are not the landholders and therefore I believe the contract cannot be enforced. Ask the managing agents directly who is the signatory to the parking contract.

You have not got much time left to present your defence to the court. Have you done any of it?

You will find examples here and on Pepipoo forums
So the Managing Agents although they previously said they would not have the contract with UKPC, now they sent me an email with copy of it and it looks like they have been instructed by the landlord to act on behalf. On page 2 of the contract says they can contract UKPC to manage? The written by hand they say: "as shown on page 4 of the contract" - but they haven't send me the page 4.

                  Hi All,
I'm interested to know where you are with this as I find myself in a similar situation.

Not as far as a letter of claim yet. But a letter from SCS on behalf of Debt Recovery Plus due to a ticket issued by UKPC in residential car park.

Reading your story I'm thinking the same could happen to me and I want to be sure I'm ready to go against court.
I will request the contract from landowner / management company and will try to get them to request cancellation of this charge before it's to late.

                  Thanks

Debt recovery plus do not own the debt and therefore cannot instruct SCS to start proceedings.
