    Most kind.

Do I send this to LPS, IPC, or both?

    Cheers

Remember everything at once because they are arseholes of the highest order, in front of the parasites that instigate the charges upon which they rule.

Not sure how I can do that, as I don't have the PCN here. I have the lease which I've copied, but was going to send under separate cover.

As long as you have the lease i'd do it. The notice to keeper is just back up and since it's the last day you can't do much else really.

You should win on the lease on it's own.

Sent with a scanned lease doc attached.

Since they issued the PCN and NTK I hardly think they can say much about not having the info to hand.

              Many thanks again.

"They" is not London Parking Solution, "they" are the IAS run for IPC and "they" are disgustingly bias in favour of the operator, so much so that the rival trade body BPA has lost quite a few members to them simply because Popla is not as biased.

Well I've seen the front page of the IPC website which is crowing about Beavis, which I assume to be a case in which they feel some precedent has been set. And yes, it sounds really biased. Somehow it is of benefit for drivers to be charged money for parking where they might expect not to be.

Is Beavis of any real significance?

Yes (at least until the supreme court rules) but not to you since you occupy the land and didn't contract them to do what they are doing.

Re: 'PCN' from London Parking Solutions

I think I just received my first hassle letter, dated 12 May 2015 (i.e. still within the time allowed by LPS for an appeal to be made). It's from UCS 'ultimate customer solutions'. They've added £60 admin fee inc VAT to the £100 plus £18 already charged by LPS. So that's nice. Here is the full text of the letter, could you please advise:

We have been instructed by the above named client who has informed us that a PCN was issued to the above-mentioned vehicle and the driver should have paid it. Our client has adsvised that they have not received payment or any valid dispute and therefore it is now too late to pay the discounted amount or challenge this notice.

A notice was sent to you by our Client, as the Registered Keeper of the vehicle indicating that you could be liable for this charge if it remains unpaid, under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. This letter provides notification that you are now liable for the charge and that the balance, as shown above, is payable within the next 14 days.

In line with the Terms and Conditions of parking at the above site, recovery and administration charges have been incurred which are shown above.

As a debt resolution specialist, we are looking to work with you to resolve this matter, but we do require you to contact our offices so this can be achieved. Full details of how to pay can be found on our website oe on the reverse of this letter, but should you have any difficulty making payment, one of our customer service advisors will be able to explore repayment options. Failure to do so may result in further action being taken.

                        Yours sincerely
                        Chris Douglas

                          Dear Idiot,

As i have appealed you and you client are in breach of the IPC code of practice. In addition i am the legal occupier of the land and do not owe a penny. Feck off.

You could ignore it if you don't wish to amend it to something more suitable

Re: 'PCN' from London Parking Solutions

I'll send them an email saying something similar, just so I can say I've addressed their communication. I'm reading online that the debt collection letters are pretty much bullshit, and usually come from companies set up by the ticketers themselves. I guess I can look forward to receiving a fair few of these, but on this occasion they've jumped the gun in any case: the period allotted (so generously) by the LPS tossers hadn't expired at the time this letter was sent
