Hey everyone, just joined the forum and I'm hoping you will be able to help out here.
Unfortunately I parked in a car park for about 5 minutes, which seems to be private and received the PCN. Very similar scenario to this person

Looking at the other thread ^^ it mentions it is not an adopted road. Something I will try and check with the council tomorrow but can you please clarify what difference that would make in terms of appealing?
I've attached the signage and the PCN I received. As of yet I haven't done anything.
Can you please advise on the next steps?
Is there a template that I can use to appeal if that's the first step?
