Hi, I to have received a parking charge notice but my question is slightly different to others unless I haven't found the right thread.
Basically the driver parked at the Starbucks in stansted airport and i have only just received the notice reminder on 2 months later, I have contacted Starbucks to dispute this and told them the driver was a paying customer and that they have proof of purchase, I'm currently waiting a response from the manager at the customer care team.
So my question is this, do Met Parking Services have a set period of time that they must notify you of the parking charge? I know if you are caught speeding via a camera they have 14 days to inform you?
It's been two months since the "date of incident", the car is a lease car and the lease company released my details to Met Parking Services, which they do for all tickets so the owner of the vehicle can challenge if necessary.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
