Re: Missed one letter on ticket input and requested reasonable grounds due to disabil

simply there arguement is the ticket i bought had one digit missing of my number plate, so therefore as it didnt match their ANPR camera its an illegial ticket as i have not followed their terms and condition so the ticket was issued on the grouns that i didnt follow the terms that i needed to put in "a valid number plate". thats the point what is valid? if the machine ask for no gap between the first 4 digits and the last 3, then surely they should say that!.... its difficult for a dyslexia to know whether a gap is included or not. I am sorry if i am not explaining myself. I thought i put it clearly so will state it exactly.
    1. ticket purchased for 2 hours plate number inputed as suck XXXX XX rather than XXXXXX, as such final letter missing from ticket.
    2. paid for tow hours, left parking space after 40 mins.
    3. No signs show that car number plate input is a condition of contract except machine itself.
    4. could not read ticket machine input exactly due to disability
    Ticket issed
    Thats it in a nutshell
