    It's pretty unlikely they'll take anyone to court in Scotland.

            got another letter from debt recovery reduced from 160 - 136 to avoid potential court proceedings.....they have referred to the creditor with recommendation that they appoint there solicitor to commence court proceedings against me . ...they are prepared to accept a reduced amount as above
            these fines go up down up down its a joke i have never ever in over 25 years driving had a fixed penalty or not paid for parking and not about to start now for an oversight on my part but they are not interested in appealing smart parking should change there name nothing smart about them cowboy parking more appropriate
            mystery 1 shall i just ignore and file away there pretty persistent :-(

                        hi mystery 1 got another letter from a different debt collection.agency zenith collections without prejudice offering me discount fine down from 160- 80 if i pay up to aviod the possible necessity and expense of court action .....this will be there only offer at discounted rate then will go back up after 14 days :-)

                          Wonder why they'd accept only £80 ? Must be because they are greedy bast@rds who want you to think it's a bargain so you'll rush to pay.

                            this is the 2nd debt collection agency so the first ones passed it to this one and this is there opening offer its a joke :-)
