Okay thank you, yeah it is quite scary getting this letter. I'm going to send the letter tomorrow. Not feeling very well at the moment so this is coming not at the best time

UKPC have two addresses. They have one for appeals and one for data protection. Which one would I send it to?

I've also re-read your letter template and I'm a bit confused.

The template letter in Post #24? It says explicitly "There is no legal requirement to name the driver at the time and I will not be doing so" so you do not name the driver.. Ever. You are dealing with the matter as the Registered Keeper.

I posted this on a different thread as advice for another poster but I'll re-post it here:

"Whatever you do never disclose who the driver was. If you receive a PCN it will be one taken by a ANPR camera so they don't know who the driver was and will send it to you as Registered Keeper. You are not obliged to tell them who was driving so if they ask you directly just say "I am not required to disclose who was driving and I will not be doing so". And be careful not to disclose it inadvertently in any statements by saying things like "I was instructed by a police officer to park in the car park...." Say "The driver was instructed....". You give away important protections if you identify the driver."

Oh right, so in the XXX you mentioned I would just say Following my Subject Access Request I have received your Notice to Keeper for vehicle VRM (insert registration plate).

Also, which address would you recommend sending it to?

As above O NOT NAME THE DRIVER

They do not know the identity of the driver and can only proceed against the keeper (which can be problematic for them)
Now edit your post 33 so the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Delete the second sentence completely.
This is necessary as parking companies do monitor these sites

des8 I reported that post to Admin a bit earlier and asked if they could delete it but if OP has Edit rights OP should indeed edit it in the meantime.

Use the letter as written, just insert the relevant details which we don't have, but you do.
Send to same address as that to which you sent the SAR (first class with free certificate of posting from post office

To UK Parking Control Limited, Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT. That's their address on their website for SAR so presumably where you sent the SAR. It's also their Registered Office/Head Office.

I edited it. Thanks for letting me know. Would you recommend not quoting the car registration plate then? And instead it becomes "Following my Subject Access Request I have received your Notice to Keeper for vehicle VRM "
This is the first time I have seen this notice, or your reminder letter.

There's no point in not quoting the car registration number. UKPC need to be able to link up your correspondence with their file. They already know your registration number, that's how they know you are the Regsitered Keeper! They got your RK details from the DVLA.

Okay thanks, Will get it sent asap. Feeling quite stressed as I've rechecked the debt recovery letter as it says they're giving me a week or they may start legal action, and that week deadline is tomorrow. But hoping it still will work out? Just really don't need this additional stress

Debt recovery cannot start any legal action.
They are solely debt collectors who write threatening letters

Please stop stressing out, it doesn't help.

As keeper you have a good defence, but these people don't give up easily and you need to keep unstressed so you don't make a mistake.

Hi, so after I sent the two letters everything had been quiet. I thought that was it, but Debt Recovery Plus have sent ANOTHER letter threatening legal action that imminent with again the WRONG ADDRESS. This is despite the fact I sent a letter and have proof of posting it.

I've attached both images of it here. Any advice?
