Have i got grounds to dispute this PCN?
Date of incident: 23 July
Date of sending this Notice: 24 August.
Cost £100 or paying within 14 days £60
Pay by date : 21/09/21
Have I got grounds to dispute this PCN?
This letter was received by the registered keeper. That was the first (and so far only) communication received by either the driver or the registered keeper. From reading other posts on this forum the relevant time limit seems to be 14 days and they sent it after 32 days. As a sidenote, the driver (My elderly Mum) is annoyed at herself because she tried several times to pay and had problems with the machine- she then asked a couple - who also had problems paying. So my Mother gave up, and drove to another parking lot. Sadly this process took about 20 minutes.
