  • claim form received from DCB Legal for parking ticket

    I have received a claim form from claimant uk parking control ltd and DCB Legal ltd are now dealing with it, this was in 2017. This is a free car park on a retail site and parked in a disabled space as witnessed a lady fall over outside the shop and parked quickly to help her, can I contest this HELP!!!!!!

      Hi ISSACFINN

      If that is the case and you have evidence to back that up, then you should defend the claim.

      a) If you've received a Court Claim then you need to Acknowledge it (you can do that online), that will give you an extra 14 days, making it 28 days in total (extra 5 for post).

      b) If you can upload the Claim form using Imgur.

      c) Send DCB Legal the following CPR 31.14 template requesting the documents they are relying to make the Court Claim.
