    I got a parking charge notice on 8th jan 2016 from Ntc norwich traffic control, which i didn't pay and never heard from them again, now over 3 years later today 19/7/19 i got a letter from them saying my pcn has now been sent to BW Legal enclosed letter from them as well saying i have to pay £160 within 7 days or will be taken to court and prison for non payment.. Can they claim after 3 years?

    They have 6 years to make a claim.

        I did ask that the PCN was redacted. You have not done so. Remove and redact VRM and notice number

        Did you ever get a Notice to Keeper ?

        has the driver been identified? Simple Yes or No
