code 46 pnc red route

had a code 46 pnc today for being parked on a red route. parked car off the road next to a red route, but not actually on the road itself outside where i work. the warden was asked to give me a couple of mins to remove car but refused and said photo already done, as did not realise i was comitting an offence in his eyes. was not causing any obstruction to either the road or footpath.in fact footpath is about 10ft away from the road.

TFL website states parking on pavement on redroute is an offence take a look there there are some exemptions to
