Possibly bye laws apply on this site, so parking co would have no legal right to issue (civil) PCNs.
&, though not strictly a legal defence, the very common sense fact that you had paid for the parking space, & it is only due to the g̶r̶e̶e̶d̶y̶ ̶b̶a̶s̶t parking co's avarice that you find yourself being hounded.
But if it were me I'd ignore DRP (in their many guises).....they might just give up & slither back under the rock from whence they came.
