When does the six year limit start from, is it the date of supposed incident, date of speculative invoice or other? Thank you.

If it's a breach of contract claim it's from whenever the breach occurred ie date of supposed incident.

It would be in the case of a debt claim - there are different limitations for different claims (personal injury, employment, debt etc)
