could do with some advice please
my husband(wasn't when this started) got a parking ticket his van had broken down lost all electrics etc etc, took photos of it being recovered appealed ticket denied.
went to adjudicator they rang husbands mobile he was out of ear shot didn't get to it rang them back said it was too late they would decide
they sent letter saying appeal unsuccessful
husband refused to pay it saying he was going to take them to court
next thing we started getting red letters from Jacobs
husband been to CAB who are dealing with all his debt they instructed him not to open door
they have sent letter stating removal of goods so husband rang them spoke to bloke on mobile number saying he is finically vulnerable cab dealing with his debt and you are not allowed to enter our home (rented)
they said my husband talking rubbish they will be bringing a locksmith and speaking to landlady about the furniture inside what belongs to her or us etc and will be removing goods can you please tell me if they are allowed into our home I am here most days alone and im getting quite frightened by there threats they said they can enter via open window as well.

Without a proper court order, bailiffs cannot enter a house by force (or through a window) or use a locksmith ... you have to invite them in (which you don't)

Who issued the original parking ticket ? ( was it a private ticket or council fine ?)
