Okay, M1 will know better than I but they (PPA) appear to be having a break/re-group following Beavis/Parking Eye.

Re: Parking Eye County Court Claim form

      Hi,
I surprisingly managed to contact Private Parking Appeals, they just apologised and promised to handle the case for me. I spoke to Aldi manager, said he'll see what he can do about it so I'm going to see him again this week. Just to make sure is it 28 business days for sending the defence? The claim form was issued on 16th so I assume I have time until 30th of December?? Or even longer as there's Christmas ?? Thanks

I did bring this to their attention so had hoped that'd be the case. They do seem to have issues as yours isn't the first complaint i've seen but they do usually come good, eventually.

Xmas makes no difference really. You get 5 days for service (assuming it's MCOL) and 14 days to either admit, defend or file acknowledgement of service. If you file AOS then you get 14 more days which makes a total of 33 days. It's not business days it's calendar days.

Have you filed AOS yet / If not do so immediately.
