  • Lost in court - parking eye

Posted on behalf of new user

    Hello,

I fear I have found your site too late!! I have just returned from small claims court in which Parking Eye won the case against me and I am now faced with a £190 fine which I really cannot pay. Is there anything I can do now??? I put up little fight as am unfamiliar with the law and in poor health so did not really have the energy to find out.

    Kind Regards
    A

Well not really unless there are errors of fact and law in which case you could appeal. Without knowing your defence it's hard to say any more than that.
