  • London Borough of Ealing Parking Charge Notice

    Hello

Seeking help as I am a bit confused.

Say a private car driver in the LB of Ealing parks on a single yellow line after 19:00 weekday, within a restricted "At Anytime" Bus Lane section. However the stretch of the single yellow line does have a yellow parking sign saying Mon-Friday 7am-7pm. (as per picture attached)

This is a contradiction. Yes the blue bus lane sign says "At Any Time", however the yellow parking above the single yellow line says after 7pm restrictions do not apply.

What have I got wrong? Does the parking allow say cabs and busses to park? Can Ealing council issue a Penalty Notice Charge for the parking after 19:00?

    thanks
