The address that the county court claim was sent to was at an address where I haven’t resided since July 2020. If I use this in my defence will it give me a leg to stand on? How do I also outline the fact they’ve added on extra costs to the original PCN. I’m stressed out and can’t bare to have this hanging over my head much longer as I’ve got a lot of other issues going on that I’m also trying to battle. It’s just a cry for help as I am desperate at this point.

The first observation is; if it was sent to a previous address, how did you get hold of it? (I'm sure you have an explanation).
The next is; as you patently have it in your possession, have you been prejudiced by the wrong service of it.
To put it another way, has it been brought to your attention? [1]
I wouldn't go to court & complain about the non service of something which, by my own evidence, I have actually received.
      But that's me.
