You will have noticed the description of the alleged contravention in the notice you received. Let us see how the ts and cs displayed match up.

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

        The Notice looks ok(ish).

Apart from the fact that it's well out of time for keeper liability, that is.

Hope you haven't ID'd who was driving.

I cannot read that sign clearly (the blue and yellow one). What if anything does it say about entering/not entering your vehicle's registration number?

It does say you must enter the registration (from just reading in this thread). I would be tempted just to pay but Atticus or others may find a loophole!

Yes it does and as mentioned at the start of the driver has messed up then they will have to pay - it seems unjust about the £170 though (especially as the figures on that board don’t match up)

Is there anything similar to the excel vs Wilkinson case (double claim) ?https://www.dropbox.com/s/16qovzulab...inson.pdf?dl=0
