Update: I have received a letter from the company informing me "the above PCN has been cancelled as the valid parking session has now been located". They go on to say they cannot provide the SAR information due to GDPR and the only info they hold on me is the info I have already received. I am delighted to read their terse message "No further correspondence will be needed regarding this matter" but I am annoyed that they have not bothered to apologise for their mistake but hey ho, that is one less battle I have to fight! Thank you to everyone who took the time and trouble to give me advice - it is very much appreciated.
