  • No evidence for parking charge

    Hi everyone,

I received a parking charge on a hotel carpark. The ticket machine wasn't issuing tickets so we informed the staff. They said it was ok, they knew about the situation.

Civil Enforcement Limited are saying that we didnt pay enough for our parking but they can't give us any physical evidence to show when we arrived and when we left.

I tried to appeal but they refused, still not giving us any physical evidence of how much we paid and our time there. I didnt know that mom had paid the fine (it went to a CCJ) and I'm not sure what I can do to get the evidence. Anyone could say that I was over the time!
I would appreciate any help I can get,
    many kind thanks

      Hi and welcome

If a county Court judgement has been paid there is little you can do, as payment is taken as an admission .

When the CCJ (obtained by default?) was received you needed to apply almost immediately to set it aside.
