Hi I recently received a PCN at the Trafford center do I need to pay it as I ve bin told not to but I don’t no were I stand . Also on the notice it described my car as black but I have a blue Astra ??

Is it a dark blue? Is the registration correct ? ( ostell has posted on another thread, same thing, near the trafford centre, misdescribed colour, that this colour difference might be to encourage an appeal to be made so the driver of the vehicle's identity is revealed )

Is it actually a PCN ( issued by the council ) or a private parking ticket ( issued by a private company) ?
What is the reason for the ticket ?

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver......" etc. You are the registered keeper. No hints on who could have been driving

I presume that this is purely a windscreen ticket at the moment.

Colour is of no consequence, there could have been colour blind attendant.
