I got Parking Charge Notice 3 times and I did not paid Premier park because I haven't done anything wrong..MY vehicle been always registered on the entry to the building/EASYGYM/ and never overstayed the time allowed. Also never been given to anybodyelse. Therefore I got tree
Parking Charge Notices.I ignored them.I have already sent them tree times copies of confirmation of my access time to Easygym..These speculative invoices distroyed my profesional and private life.
After every PCN I had sending them again cofirmation ot my access times.
Next shock was when I got Debt Collector and to pay £192 I dont know what to do.I would paid
if I have done sth.wrong but I have never breached terms terms and conditions.
Please, can you tell me what to do.If I didnot pay in 14 days they would got back to their Solicitors.Thanks. I am ready to fight this in court. This is discramination. Thanks

It's not discrimination. It's greed. It might be harassment.

Did you ever get any popla codes ? are you within the times to appeal still ?

Have you complained to Easygym ?
