  • Claim form from the civil national business centre

Hi apologies as this is my first post and I'm a little worried as i found a letter at my house from HM Courts and tribunals service and I'm concerned as its been unopened for over a week as I've been away at my partners, the letter is a N1SDT form I've tried uploading but as I've just signed up I don't think i have permission yet any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou

HI I've been looking online and have just filed an Acknowledgment of Service as I'm concerned as I only had a couple of days to respond I hope I've done the right thing

Here's the Legal Beagles guide on what to do if you receive a Claim Form: https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...ledge-a-claim/

      And the gov.uk pages: https://www.gov.uk/respond-to-court-claim-for-money
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

You will need to prepare and file a defence. Look at the various guides and handbooks for litigants in person - see link in my signature below.
