    Hi everyone
    Just received this change notice dated 22/01/24
    for stopping in a zone were stopping is prohibited
    at Leeds Bradford airport.
    1st is this enforceable ??
    They want details of driver, which l have not given to them.
    Charge is £100
    Any help or advice would be gratefully received

    Probably not enforceable as most likely the land is subject to bye laws and so not relevant land for purposes of PoFA2012 (but that would need to be checked)

    Can you post up a redacted photo of the NTK?

        Sorry, but can't read it.
        Suggest you post it on a hosting site such as imgur and give us the link.

        Do blank out your name and address and registration and reference numbers.

        As these details are just about readable on post 3 suggest you delete that post

                              I would ignore them.
                              eventually you will receive letter before action from their other company DCB LEGAL, to which I would reply.
                              They will probably ignore that and initiate a court claim anyway, but that should be disputed in due course.

                              Meanwhile suggest you edit post 12 as you have identified the driver
