Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

eventually you will receive letter before action from their other company DCB LEGAL, to which I would reply.
They will probably ignore that and initiate a court claim anyway, but that should be disputed in due course.
Meanwhile suggest you edit post 12 as you have identified the driver
l can’t delete post #12 because for some reason there is no edit button in the blue bar.

Ok, not unexpected so respond
Dear Sirs,
Following receipt of your letter of claim please be advised that I, as registered keeper, dispute your client's claim and will enter a full defence to any court action.
I understand the area where the driver stopped is not "relevant land" as required by PoFA 2012, so your client cannot transfer liability for any unpaid charges from the driver to me, the registered keeper.
I am under no obligation to identify the driver , and will not be doing so.
Yours faithfully

That's ok, just acknowledge the claim but do not enter a defence yet.
You'll have about a month in which to draft your defence, and we can assist if you want.
Just post up a copy of the claim form (remove identifying details first) and we can go from there.

You have managed to block out the full address of the alleged incident, .... please advise.
You should also send a CPR31.14 request to DCB Legal and a subject Access Request to parking company.
There are templates in SHORTCUTS panel on right of this page.
As they were drafted for debt claims you will need to adapt them to your circumstances.
Remember not to identify the driver.
Post up when response received, or if not received give us a nudge a week before your defence is required.
