Hello there, my name is Sam and I bought a car on finance back in May 2019. I have experienced problems within the first week and spoke to the dealership and had no luck with him.
long story short, I booked the car in at Audi Dealership which then came back with an £8,000 bill(most as urgent/dangerous defects)
the car got an MOT 6 day prior to this.
I am having no luck as I am being told the car was working at the point of sale, even though the Scotia Inspection (carried out by themselves) said there was Major oil leaks found.
I am told that I need a solicitor that is familiar with Scottish law and can also work in their jurisdiction.
