    ParkEye: CASE STRUCK OUT! Thank you LB!

    PE were 4 days late submitting witness statement. Explained to judge that 1 day was not enough to read it and that the extra time was unfair. Judge agreed and said WS couldn't be used. PE solicitor said that there would be no case then and case was struck out. Judge asked PE to pay for our expenses. Very Big Thank you Charity NJW for your time! And thank you so Legal Beagles. Would never have come this far without your help.
