    I did just call the solicitors and asked them where to send the request to and they told me to send it via email I sent via email and will file the defense too, thank you so much for your help.

      Keep an eye on it......they can be sneaky!

      I would follow up with a reminder if no reply in a few days, mentioning the phone call & consent given.

        I have had a response and they wish to go down the Small Claims Track route.

        Should i agree to this?

        There are lots of questions around mediation, etc. Your help will be much appreciated.

        I need to get the form sent out ASAP as usual . I went away and found the letter on my return so i am against time.

          Have you had a Directions Questionnaire from the court?
          If so, when does it have to be completed & returned?
