  • Comprehensive Management Services Claim Form

I have today received a Claim Form from the County Court Business Centre on behalf of Comprehensive Management Services (CMS) in connection with a parking ticket that is suopposed to have been issued in Februar last year. The ticket was issued to my car while it was legally parked in a designated space which I pay for. According to them there was no valid permit displayed. My permit is always in the car but there is a possibility that it could have moved to one corner and was not clearly visible. I am wondering whether proving that this is my legally designated space help me to get this claim nullified.
Please can someone help me on the way forward because i do not want a judgement against me that will affect my credit rating.

    Thanks
    Petty
