Fantastic, thank you. I'm just keen to get the wording correct to give myself the best chance of being successful.

I guess we use the "grace" period aspect too. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Did Britanni/BWL send you a letter before claim? (approx 1 month or so before the court claim was issued.)

      Btw, Lydiards Field looks huge.
They are supposed to identify the location.

& do those car pics have time/date stamps?

BW Legal sent me a Letter Of Claim on December 19th.

The venue is actually called Lydiard Fields, they keep calling it Lydiards Field. The car park in question is quite small and next to a Costa Coffee, Gregs, SubWay. There is also a car park next door which is one you have to pay for and joins up to a hotel / pub.

The car pictures do not have any time or date stamps on them.

On Google Maps, Lydia(d(s) Field covers a huge area?

Are they the only PPC covering that area? (Ie all of Lydiads?)

I'm not sure if someone different manages the parking in the Beefeater Car Park to the left of the Costa Coffee car park. I'd have to drive out there to find out who manages the other car park. Attached are two images of Lydiard Fields. It's a relatively small industrial estate - covering the area only pictured in the main picture. Hope this helps.

It's always worth havinga little nosey around, especially when you know what you are looking for.

I'd be checking exactly where the car (in the pics) is in relation to the parking site/signs etc....just to see if anything doesn't 'feel' right.

As for there being no time/date stamps on those pics....how do you (or anyone else) know when the pics were taken? Or how? What equipment was used, etc?

I've got the BPA Code Of Practice which refers to the ICO CoPs for ANPR......

Okay thanks. I will try and get out there on Sunday to look at the position of where the cars were but I could be struggling time wise.

In the meantime, can you please recommend the wording to submit into the defence section of the Claim Form as I only have tomorrow to submit it because I am away all day on Monday.

Many thanks again for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

I work all day Saturday and Sunday, so it'll be a struggle to get there in daylight... at present I have no defence submitted which is surely a priority and I have no idea what wording to use without tripping myself up and ruining the whole thing. I am away with work all day Monday too. I've never had to do anything like this before so don't understand it all and now panicking about the defence etc.

                            Hi Robin

                            Panic not!

Could you check to make absolutely certain there is no time/date stamps on their pic?

I've just noticed that there is a very small time stamp on the smaller pictures of the car but I can't read them very well at all... would need a magnifying glass to be sure what they say. I'll attached pictures now. There is no time stamp on the enlarged pictures. Will also forward a load of pictures from the scene... one interesting thing is that the signage on where the camera points towards the car is side on, so you can't visibly read it upon entry or exit.
