Hi, I am a first time poster and have had a look through the forums to try and locate an answer to my issue, to no avail. I received a 2 PCN's on two consecutive days in a hospital car park. I paid for parking on both days and when appealing via their website I explained that I had paid on both days. I received an email requesting proof of payment, which I duly screenshot and sent. I heard nothing more from First Parking LLP. on 22nd January 2019 I received x2 letters from National Debt Collections Ltd stating their client has recently written to me regarding unpaid parking notice and as a result of non payment, LLP has instructed them to recover this amount which is £140 per PCN. I have never had any written, posted correspondence from First Parking LLP. the only communication I had with them was via email. Please could someone direct me to a similar situation on the forum where I can find a solution please.

I think you need to reply to NDC setting out the history to the case , they ought to investigate and seek clarification from their client First Parking LLP as to why they didnt reply, and what their position is nowOriginally posted by KAF View PostHi, I am a first time poster and have had a look through the forums to try and locate an answer to my issue, to no avail. Hi, thank you for the advice in the last reply. I have written to National Debt Collection and explained my position. They have since replied via postal letter confirming they have been in touch with First Parking LLP to clarify what has happened. First Parking LLP apparently rejected my appeal and sent x2 rejection letters via email - NDC duly enclosed copies of two printed rejection letters with two different PCN numbers. I can confirm I never received a rejection email with attached rejection letters. Today I have now received x2 letters from NDC stating "despite our client contacting you to request payment, and in absence of any response,...... their instructions are to commence County Court Proceedings to recover the amounts.... Also with red writing in Bold and capital letters at the top stating NOTICE OF INTENDED LEGAL ACTION CURRENT BALANCE £140. Further in the letter it states that they have a statutory obligation to send a notice of INTENDED LITIGATION and this letter fulfils that obligation.Originally posted by pt2537 View PostI think you need to reply to NDC setting out the history to the case , they ought to investigate and seek clarification from their client First Parking LLP as to why they didnt reply, and what their position is now
Considering I never received a rejection email or letters, or demand for payment from LLP, please could someone clarify where I stand please.
