Hi, I am a first time poster and have had a look through the forums to try and locate an answer to my issue, to no avail. I received a 2 PCN's on two consecutive days in a hospital car park. I paid for parking on both days and when appealing via their website I explained that I had paid on both days. I received an email requesting proof of payment, which I duly screenshot and sent. I heard nothing more from First Parking LLP. on 22nd January 2019 I received x2 letters from National Debt Collections Ltd stating their client has recently written to me regarding unpaid parking notice and as a result of non payment, LLP has instructed them to recover this amount which is £140 per PCN. I have never had any written, posted correspondence from First Parking LLP. the only communication I had with them was via email. Please could someone direct me to a similar situation on the forum where I can find a solution please.
