      Well no reply whatsoever from Ann Lucas or anybody else.
      To be totally honest I have had enough of CCC.
      I just can't be bothered any more, they certainly have no intention of addressing the issue and there are better things to do with my time than worry about the likes of CCC. They are out of order and they know it.

      Thank to all who advised on my plight, much appreciated.
