  • received a B132 today WTF do i do?

Hello to all you wonderful people on Legal Beagles

haven't been on this site for a while had my problems but been muddling through however today I have received a B132 form and I want to understand the implications of this any ideas help etc greatly needed. My main question is can I fight this or is it too late? but I need to know what I am up against. I know it is probably a CCJ that I haven't paid but have I still got options at this stage or not?

The strange thing is it doesn't state who is trying to get an agreed notice on my property.

      Hi Jules.

The interim charge has been registered so you should hear from the court with regards making the order final - which you can defend.

So you need to work out what it is. I'd have thought the applicant details would be on the form ? No clues at all ? Can you do a pic ( remove your address obvs) ?

What CCJ's do you have against you at the moment? ( check on the registry trust )
