Just try and liven it up a bit Sparkie, someone told me they saw the last one and just saw a dowdy ole man droning....nothing personal cos they didn't know you, but....put on a bit of make-up and a frilly hat and laugh now and again...or something like that!

Quite agree A1 I AM A DOWDY OLE MAN...not a personal attention seeker........ I just spoke facts nothing else......at least I'm willing to speak out even if I am as dull as an Army Catering Corps cap badge........(Just a joke you cookery guys........ you mightn't think it a very good one though )

What a interesting read! I started reading the first post and thought i was screwed but by the time i got to the end i think there is a ray of hope. I have a run in with Lancashire Mortgage Corporation (part of Blemain Finance) these are a similar underhand company using every trick and loophole in the book. Keep it up sparkie hears a quote for you;" I have not failed. I've just found 10000 ways that won't work." - Thomas A. Edison On a serious note i am in court shortly as a LIP my defence and counter claim is CCa 140 & Fraudulent misrepresentation, i found the court case you posted particualy useful.

Thanks for your comments suffering That quote really suits me ....Did I ever point you to Blemain v Bentley google it this case may assist a bit more or was that the case i refrred you To......have posted so much can't really be sure.
